USPTO fee is $250.00 for already-in-use applications;

The USPTO fee is $350.00 for intent-to-use applications.

If you refuse to register the trademark with us before trademark clearance you will be refunded fully. However, if you choose not to register after trademark clearance your 200.00 dollars will not be refunded.
